Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
Hey!
My name is ALLNBRG! I am a producer and dj from Vancouver on the West Coast of Canada. I really enjoy producing very melodic and emotive EDM such as "Melodic-Dubstep" or "Future-bass", but also enjoy experimenting with other genres such as "Trap" and heavier forms of "Dubstep".
I have been extremely musically inclined since I was a young child, but only recently within the past few years became serious about pursuing it as a passionate career!
I also work alongside other artists as a photographer and videographer when I am not producing and mixing! I have recently started uploading some of my best mixes to Mixcloud or Soundcloud as well as I have been toying with the idea of doing a live podcast as well! I think that would be a lot of fun!
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
Throughout my childhood and teenage years my influences and taste has changed a lot but the roots of my passion have always stayed the same. As a child I was very quick to learn the guitar and my passion only grew faster once I was old enough to understand the basics of how to play! Most of the instruments I know have been self taught along with my theory knowledge up until recently.
I was heavily into metal and progressive metal or heavy rock for a large portion of my teenage years. While attending high-school I learned how to branch off and appreciate other forms of music and other genres such as Jazz, Pop, EDM and Acoustic. I became extremely intrigued in the concept behind EDM production as I saw it to be interesting that one could create entire songs from start to finish within their own bedroom! This sparked my interest and led me to where I am today through lots of trial and error!
Some of my biggest influences in EDM are Krewella, Seven Lions, Adventure Club, Illenium, Virtual Riot, and Crankdat! (In no specific order)
These artists have definitely influenced my sound as well as been with me since the day I decided to start producing myself!
What´s new right now?
I have a lot of surprises on the horizon… Not a lot of my work is currently set in stone as I have too many projects on the go to even consider scheduling releases yet! I was recently given the opportunity to get up on stage at Celebrities Nightclub here in Vancouver with my good friend Adam Pearce and release my remix of his song "Echoes". That was an incredible experience and the crowed really enjoyed it as well! That has simply only fuel'd my passion more and everybody can expect to see a lot more quality content in the very near future!
As for shows I am still in the process of sorting out bookings and searching for management so that is a "To be Announced" agenda but hopefully very soon! I have been practicing at home and cannot wait to show you what i can bring to the stage!
