Arespi was born in Groningen in the Netherlands, He started mixing when he was 12 years of age. After a couple of years he worked his way up and started mixing on several events and radioshows like, Thunderdome, New Dance Radio, Hellraiser and more. After a big roadblock he lost his complete life, but now after some years past by he started back up his biggest passion in life!
Now being back behind the wheels of steel, he plays at small parties like, Technoking by 21-12 events & Entertainment.
Now mostly rocking the mixcloud charts and been climbing up to the #1 spot on regular base.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
Yeah i sure did change a lot !! hahahaha I started out in 1986 and back then it was just house music. Grew up to follow the house scene that grew harder and harder, so caught myself playing hardcore for many years. Been traveling half of europe and made huge bad choices and lost all i ever build. Now back on my feet and you guessed it, picked up mixing as well. Could not really find myself in hardcore anymore, so started to play EDM, that was a blast ! Been resident dj on Morebass and in time started picking up Techno again. Exactly i found my way back to where i basicly started! Now play techno most of all, but play edm when i feel like it.
What´s new right now?
For now everything is going in slow pace, just found out i have Fibromyalgie.. Its some kind of rheumatism. But recording my mixcloud podcast shows on regular base. And march 31st i do have a booking at De Club in Roermond, Netherlands.
