Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
We decided in 2010 to put together
our musical skills to form a producer/DJ group mainly focusing on dance music
with influences from Jamaica, Africa, Brazil etc. In 2013 we linked up with
MC Brian London to get that Jamaican Sound System vibe/culture to our
already unique live show. Brian London was born and raised in Hackney UK by
Jamaican parents but moved to Sweden in 2006.
As We Spoke comes from a DJ background in the Reggae Sound System culture with real
boxes and speakers but has also played and produced music to artists like:
Sizzla, Junior Kelly, Luciano, Gentleman, Anthony B, Lady Saw, Million Stylez and many more..
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
Our influences are still the same and it's Reggae music, we just put our touch to it.
What´s new right now?
We started a new project called CRY TUFF which you really should check out. Also check out all the producers in the music collective called Flex Up Crew which we are a part of. Really dope producers whom are changing the music scene.
