Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
My name is Bastte and I´m a DJ/Producer of Electronic Dance Music (EDM). I´m 16 years old and all of this travel started about 3 years ago when I was 13 and then I discovered Fl Studio, the daw I´m actually working on, as a software to make Electronic Music. I remember that I was so hyped about that. At the same time I was learning how to produce music I was learning how to mix it. In my city is not that common that someone can make his own music and mix it, there are few people that do that here so that took me to play at well-known gigs. Actually I´m still growing musically and as a person. I don´t consider the people who follows me as fans, I consider them as friends.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
It depends. It really depends in the mood I am but most of the times all the inspiration comes from one group of people, my family, including my lovely girlfriend because they are always supporting me and keeping my head up, where I want to reach. Anyways, I really love songs with notable drums, I don´t really know why I love how the drums sounds in many of the songs I hear. Mostly of them are Hip-Hop, I know that genre is very diffent to the one I produce but I feel like it really influences my music.
