Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
Hi there,
My real name is Bradley Norris, a few years ago I started with a copied version of Fruity loops as I’d always been interested in music production, the type of music I listen to (riddim/dubstep) is very small so it was hard to find what I liked myself, so I decided to learn as much as possible off of others in the industry and now I have a couple of free releases on the likes of hydraulic records and trollz recordings, I’m still far from professional and I still have limited abilities on FL at the moment.
I’m hoping to continue to learn and see what comes of it!
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
My main influences started with Rusko’s early career, tracks like mr muscle, cockney thug and the ever popular woo boost got my interest in simplistic, dark synth lead tracks, wrapped in a thic early sub.
My taste quickly changed and I found myself diving deep into soundcloud to find talent that I enjoyed, I came across bodysnatcherz, trampa, trolly snatcha and a few other bigger names nowC this was when they where small time, since then I have continued to dive deeper and have a love for the simplistic sound that certain asrtists are making, such as murDa/toog, 5ohman, Infekt, flix, benzmixer, Akira and a few others.
What´s new right now?
I don’t play live shows as I’ve never been asked to, the best way to keep up to date with new riddim would be to find me on soundcloud (borris dubz) and I actively repost new tracks I like!
