Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
I'm a 17 year old artist/producer/DJ/creative from Scotland. I like to make all kinds of music and take inspiration from many different artists. I love music that I can really connect with and hear from the artists perspective and appreciate what that went into it with the themes, aesthetics, vibes etc. I'm trying to show the world that I can create something much greater than the sum of it's parts. When it comes to genre/style I'm not electronic, I'm not hip hop, I'm not whatever. I'm an artist that takes these things and warps them into a completely new expression. What I've released so far might not show that but what I have coming soon will blow your fuckin mind.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
My influences come from everywhere and my first major influence was Skrillex. I discovered him at a young age and was amazed at how he combined next level synth basses and catchy "EDM" melodies. I listened to nothing but him and other artists that were making similar stuff for a long time. I then got into everything else from Aphex Twin to Nirvana to Kanye, random tunes from random artists, "SoundCloud" stuff and everything in between.
What´s new right now?
I know its cliche to say but what I have coming later this year is really big and just a more thought out, better quality version of what I'm doing now. I'm working with other people too which is exciting so yeah. Also shoutout to my Welsh brother Larson (as in close friend, we have no actual relation haha). He's doing big things too and watching him develop his sound over the years has been really cool because we've been helping each other out and teaming up for years now.
