Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
I am DJ ViiVO, a DJ and producer based in Austin, Texas. I love electronic music and I like experimenting on different kinds of music. I am currently learning a lot and trying to find my sound but without sticking to a single genre. The latest song I released was kind of a future bass track and I am currently working on a house remix as well as a Moombahton original. Stay tuned and follow me on SoundCloud and Instagram (links below). I haven't worked with any rappers but sometimes I like making beats too.
I have DJ-ed at pool parties, house parties in and outside of college, SXSW festival 2017 in Austin and will add a couple of corporate and charity events to the list in the coming weeks.

How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
I love all kinds of music, not just electronic, and within the "EDM" term I love all kinds too. Since I am Hispanic I love Latin music too, which is also influencing me in what I create. I wouldn't really say my taste has changed over time. I would say it has grown or matured. I like more things now than I did a couple of years ago but I did not stop liking anything. Getting into DJing and especially producing has opened my mind even more and helped me appreciate music more, even the songs I don't actually like.
What´s new right now?
I just finished a remix of Wolves by Marshmello and Selena Gomez and will try to release it soon. I am also working on a couple of original tracks and a Cartier Bardi remix. Follow me on social media to know when they come out! They will most likely be free downloads.
I have a few events coming up in February that I will DJ at and probably some college parties at some point too.

What has been your biggest challenge right now? Have you been able to overcome that challenge? If so, how?
Finding time to constantly work on new music while trying to finish college.
Also getting songs to sound professional has been challenging.
