Read the G-Sharp Interview below and share it on social media.
Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
Hi, im G-Sharp, a typical soundcloud beatmaker. I make beats every day, from trap to a chill J-COLE kinda vibe. I usually dont sell my beats online, i go speak to up-coming rappers in my city (not in america). And that's pretty much it i guess, not much to say, im a young, beginner producer on soundcloud.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
I've been doing this for about 1,5 years now, and, for sure my audience has grow a lot since the start of it all, but as i said, i have a lot to learn and accomplish in the years to follow. Im the type of guy that is influenced by many artists, and that's my technique of making a beat when im not feeling it, i browse through soundcloud or youtube or Instagram, and check how other producers make beats and ill get inspired to make my own. I have certainly changed my taste over time, id used to listen to electro, then deep-house or house (i still do by the way its very relaxing) and well now i listen to hip-hop, trap, chill, old school, funk, disco, anything that gets me pumping. Sometimes i listen to disco funk in the morning to get that good vibe in me.
What´s new right now?
I am working on an ''album''/ EP coming out soon on my soundcloud. The tracks in that EP are in majority chill sampled hip hop, but i do have some trap songs in there. This is an rap free album, simply because i want to regroup all my best, creme of the crop tracks in there. Other than that i post on soundcloud every ten days, last i posted was ten days ago so i have to post today, be aware (https://soundcloud.com/alessio-laget). Feel free to listen to my music, it will sure help, like and share.
