Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
I don't care what rules there are to making music. It's "music", I compose strictly what I feel from that very moment. After that I let go and move on. It's an short time you get to express an emotion you know won't be there the next day through sound. When that same feeling is shared with someone else, I've then created an art. I know that it is what I made brought out the same feeling inside them but now they can express or remember something in the past or present that I can relate too. I guess what I'm saying is, if one person can feel what I feel when I listen to my music. Imagine just the fraction of the world that will feel the same. Those are the ones who I could vibe by. Those are the ones who I can share my true emotions, because they feel me. Sure I can relate using like patterns in my drums, Hats, and etc. But it's when I go in and add my flare to where people's head turn like "is this right?" "What's he doing?"…But they feeling me. It's an art, not a hustle. You just do it.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
Influences like Hit-Boy, Kanye West, Pharrell, and J-Dilla haven't changed their selves ever. They stay true to who they are regardless of the amount of possible avenues, they choose wisely who they work with. No matter how sound has changed over the past 3 decades, they would always be able to express their sound and emotions to fit with anyone. I wouldn't label them with west coast, east coast, or the south. It's an art their continuing to create like piccaso, beethoven, or Bob Ross. Anything they've ever produced could be made fresh now had it not come out 2 decades ago…and still create the same impact.
What´s new right now?
December 22nd the single for album collabortive 'Levels' called 'First floor' has released. The album 'Levels' is a collaboration between me, Jhakari Neptune and Atlanta based but Austin Texas Aspiring rapper GA Daniel. Levels is composed, produced, and written by Jhakari Neptune. GA Daniel is featured on all track with lyris written by him. The album is set to release in stores and for stream on all platforms February 4th.
