Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
Hi, i am Konus. I am a Dubstep Producer but i also personaly produce for NetNobody, with tracks such as «Bend The Knee» & «LA Lights» and alot of bangers coming soon.
I am 18years old, and i am from Norway. I work fulltime as a producer, and sound designer as a extra job i Do on the side when i am bored.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
I started really getting in to music when i was really Young. My mom & dad never played their own music so we Always listened to the radio and i heard «Take On Me» haha some Norwegian pride right there. But since i was such a Edge lord i just took my two big brothers playlist and sync’d them to my MP3 Player. It was my first interaction with some more «heavy tracks» there were alot of System Of A Down, Metallica live rips.So when i got a bit older i began downloading loads of Marlyn Manson, When i say loads i mean loads, so a few years later i learn about dubstep and got more inn to Rusko, and Doctor P, and when some of my old home boys told me that it was made on a computer i busted a huge nut, and began researching about daws, i came to fall in love with Image Line’s FL Studio, because of the pretty colors. Then i began listening to «Skrillex» when his «My Name Is Skrillex EP» and ever since then he was and still is my main influence when it comes to music. I don’t care What anybody says about «Old Skrillex is better…He is so mainstream…HURR DURR» he is a musical genius and i just really love his stuff and that is Why he is my main influence and probably will ever be.
What´s new right now?
I got loads of game changers in The dub scene coming out real soon, and some bangers with NetNobody.
INF1N1TE and i did a remix for Play Me that will be out really soon. U can check out my Twitter for updates and basicly my life @iamkonus
