Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
I'm Kovs and i'm an Electronic Music Producer from India. I've been making music for over 3 years. I make songs of different genres including Progressive House, Future House, Big Room, Dubstep and a couple others as well. Before getting into electronic music production, I was heavily into rock music and had been playing the guitar for over 5 years with my band at the time. My biggest inspirations have been Martin Garrix, Tiesto, Nicky Romero, Illenium, Skrillex, KSHMR and many other great producers. Listening to these great artists initially got me interested into music production. I've released several tracks till date with multiple record labels, the most recent one called "Don't Let Me Go" which is a future house track and is available to download for free on my website linked below. My dream is to share my music with as many people as possible and touch their hearts with what I make.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
When starting out with music production, my biggest influences were KSHMR, Martin Garrix and Nicky Romero. I just loved their style of music and what they did. With time, more and more great producers inspired me, and learning from them, I kinda developed my own style of music which i'd like to say has a little bit of "Kovs touch" to it. Over the years, everyone's style changes and so did theirs who influenced me the most, but it's always a good thing as versatility is key. My taste has also been changing with time but if I love a 2017 future house track, I would equally enjoy a 2014 classic big room track.
What´s new right now?
I've just released a new track called "Don't Let Me Go" which is available to download for free on my website. Apart from that i'm working on a lot of new material that i'll be releasing with time.
