I'm Lil Goth, I was sitting around with my frequent collaborator Lil Izak when we came up with the name. I hail from Philadelphia Pennsylvania, where my inspiration to start making music came around in from Elementary school. Of Course, I wasn't good, I was a little kid. When I first started putting my music out to the public (now deleted) I was about 16 years old, I'm now 17. Around June I met Izak holding our first concert in October. He really gave me the motivation to continue to pursue what I loved and here I am today. The artist I would have to give the most credit to that formed my style would be, Kurt Cobain, Lil Uzi Vert, and Lil Peep. They aren't afraid to be who they are. That's inspiring.

What do you do?

Since I've started making music I've worked with the likes of Lil Izak, Lil Vader, It's Molly, Lil Bean, Sloth, and Lil SadBoi. I have a growing Soundcloud with a small fanbase at the moment but a slightly bigger one on Instagram. The Lonely Boy Clique is also currently working on a multistate tour!

What´s new right now?

Currently working on my first big project, this will include some songs already released but many that have not yet been heard or only snippets were heard.

Are you a superfan of anyone? How did you become a superfan? Do you remember how you become a fan and what turned you into super fan? Have you ever thought about why you´re such a fan?

I am definitely a super fan of Emo Rapper Lil Peep. Well, at first I was kind of skeptical of his music, but my friend Olivia made me listen to his music. It grew on me instantly when I started listening, now becoming one of my inspirations for making music. What turned me into a super fan is the realism in his lyrics, he was struggling and you could feel the emotion in the way he would rap or sing his songs. Because, I can relate to a lot of what he says in his songs, I just felt this connection even though we had never met.

What was the biggest mistake you made when you started making music and what would be the number one tip you could give to a newcomer musician?

Not saving up for a better microphone, when I first started no joke I used my phone to record a voice memo and email it to myself.

I let the artist that I'm listening to on Soundcloud switch over to a new artist if I enjoy the sound I keep listening and leave a like so it's bookmarked.
