That record will be a great hit around the world !
After that, Lyya Rokk begins to perform live on stage on several famous clubs or parties in Belgium: You, B-Club, Millenium, 2Reactions, Diamond Club, We’s, Mirano, Belgium’s Gay Pride, “Chez Maman”, Wood, Big Up Haïti, NRJ Music Tour 2010, …
She multiplies her collaborations, in electronic music, with a lot of international deejays & producers : Junior Cortez, Magikal aka Dj Magik & Gold Vader & Adrien Lapp, Black Domino aka Mark Wagner & Steve Delrez, Shadowfall aka LeVont, Nando Fortunato, Dj Joss, Angel Sar, Emanuel Kosh, Manu Kastilla, Daxto & Ugostar, Louis Botella, Luc Rigaux aka Skreatch,…
The plans of Lyya Rokk for the future are to continue to collaborate with other producers
but her goal is to create her own productions & remixes.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
In the 90's, I started singing pop-rock with a band, a lot of covers and some orginal productions too. After that I was more contacted by producers from around the world to collaborate (featuring) on their EDM tracks : trance, house, dance music, no more pop or rock productions. I always enjoy doing pop & rock stuffs but with the explosion of the internet and the technology, the possibilities were unbelievable and you could make your own productions "at home, let me say without to go to a real studio ! This was incredible and change the whole game fo us at that time. At this point of my career, I started to perform as a singer and I began to mix everywhere as a DJ too: it was much fun for me to explore the music industry as a deejay because performing in so many different places, gaves me the power to feel what the audience was really looking for ! I learned so many things from that experience: it's still gold for me when I produce today. Now you can do a lot of things in music production and mixing different kind of music genre like trap, EDM, pop,… Today, I'm ready to ride this new musical wave !
What´s new right now?
Today, I want to produce, making my own beats, doing remixes and compose for others. Sometimes, I still perform as a deejay for great shows but my goal is to produce more & more in the future ! You can find my mixes on Mixcloud. If you're interested in, I'm always looking for singers, vocalists, songwriters to collaborate (feel free to cantact me on facebook, instagram, soundcloud, mixcloud, …). Thank you for your support and don't forget that music is a universal langage full of love and hope, so spread it all over the world !
