Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
Hello i'm Mac Stanton, french artist and label manager of So French Records, french label based in Paris!
I'm producing music since 1998 and i founded my first music band in the early 2000, Freshlovers!
Then in 2008 i launched our own music label, So French label and started to produce music under the name of Mac Stanton!
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
My firstl influences are taken from house music in the early 90', then i was influenced after by the french touch mouvement, born with Daft Punk! Electronic music have changed a lot during years, my taste are still linked to french touch music! Music is passion first for me!
What´s new right now?
I released two “albums” one in 2012, “A nos amours” and a second one last year, “L’Odyssée Vol.1”, right now i’m producing some new “releases” and preparing my third long play album! Stay tuned! We are also preparing a So French Records tour all around the world, to celebrate the 10th birthday of our label “So French Records”!
