Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?

A long serving DJ of the underground in South Africa, my sets are best described as twisted yet avant-garde.

With an emphasis and approach to the deeper sides of techno and other electronic sounds. I've mastered my craft over twenty plus years and still continuing to do so. I play with the type of confidence and skill that only comes from a sustained period on the scene and I boast a wide music collection ready to set any floor on fire.

Being in the music industry is the most humbling and rewarding thing I've ever done or come across in life.
Nothing beats seeing all those smiling faces in front of me when I perform, doesn't matter genre of music I'm playing.
To me that's what life is all about.

How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?

I suppose it all start in the mid 90's when I was exposed to Josh Wink at a 96 Rave in South Africa. Being a teen with a brain like a sponge I got capitvated into EDM scene and was lucky enough to see and gain musical knowledge through seeing live performances by Carl Cox, Frankie Knuckles, Sasha & Digweed, JT Donaldson, Dieselboy and a various other world class Dj's from different walks and sounds of life.

As for personal tastes I've never worn horse blinkers and have always kept my ears open for new sounds and music that inspire me. From early "Rave" to the Boom Bap eras, through to the Deep house uprising the Electronica flood. Punk, ska, dub, D'nB you name it.

My personal opinion as a Dj and artist is that, one should be able to take elements of every possible sound and music genre out there and be able to utilise it in their creative process.

What´s new right now?

I am currently gearing up to move to the UK to peruse and develop my musical career as best I can, so once I've settled in I will be looking for a new manager or booking agent . So if anyone in and around the UK and Europe is willing to assist that would be greatly apprenticed.
