Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
My name is MERCC. I am a Music Producer, DJ, and Writer of all sorts of genres really. I originated producing Hip-Hop at the young age of 11 when my uncle gave me a cracked version of FL (lol). Since then I've kept at it, It is wonderful cause the want to learn allowed me to open myself up to electronic music as well as other genres that are just now sonically amazing to me. I was born in Harbor City and grew up an LA kid for most my years. If you'd like a taste of what I make I left some links below both very different from each other. i like to showcase Diversity.

How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
My influences started with artists who pioneered music in general. I have always been influenced by the likes of Dr. Dre, Kanye West, and Noah "40" Shebib. They all have influenced me thru time which has been able to be translated into my EDM material. This I think is what has been able to allow me to create a feel and sound that only I possess because I've curated it over time. My taste definitely did change, mainly due to the fact that producing other genres can at times be extremely complicated which only made me want to explore and create more.
What´s new right now?
What's new now? I actually have put out two tracks already this year as far as releases. However, I do have a special release on Valentine's Day I think it'll feel right. My next performance that I can announce generally will be at Kingdom Los Angeles @ Avalon Hollywood Mainstage. I will be debuting my first solo performance in over a year.
