Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?

It's M@nni M@n!a, an American Music Producer and Artist! I'm the CEO of Vybed Out Records and pioneer of Vybe music. When I'm not producing new music or developing dope artists, I'm recording music that more times than often takes the listener into my manic mind. Stay up to date with new Vybed Out music at

How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?

I have many influences, ranging from Mozart to Bob Marley to Tupac and more! I grew up on Bob Marley and reggae in general, so I like that type of music that has the vibes and basslines to give you a body high. Really the type of music I listen to depends on my mood and mindset, but lately I've only been influenced by the artists I collaborate with on a daily basis.

What´s new right now?

Currently, I have a new EP on the way that I can't wait for fans to hear! You can check out the first single off the project, "On the Line," on my soundcloud page. This project is meant to give my fans, old and new, a taste of my reality and the thoughts that go on in my head. If you want to see me perform, I'm currently performing weekly in Tallahassee, FL and in the process of booking a lot more shows in 2018. Hit me up on twitter if you want to see me perform in your city!

What was the biggest mistake you made when you started making music and what would be the number one tip you could give to a newcomer musician?

The number one mistake I made was relying on others to get my name out. If you really want this, you have to grind hard nonstop, sacrifice sleep and sanity, and get your own name out there. Nothing will ever get handed to you!

How do you get gigs? Can you share any tips?

Getting gigs can be a lengthy process, but you can really cut out the middle man by contacting venue owners directly. If you can get control over the show, the mind's the limit!

How do you personally discover new music?

I usually just let Spotify or Soundcloud playlists play on shuffle when I'm looking for new music. Other than that, I rely on the homies to put me on some new hot tracks.

Once you discovered new music, do you tell others about the new music/artist you discovered? If yes, how exactly?

“I tell some people about the new music I discover, those that I think would be interested. Sometimes I release remixes of new songs, my fans always enjoy that.

What is your number one tip to improve your music production or songwriting skills?

Aside from working on your craft every single day, don't be aftaid to watch tutorials and experiment. Experiment a lot! It's also good to use a reference song to compare and contrast your track to.

What is your best tip for those who struggle with finishing their tracks?

I try to do as much as I can in one sitting, so when I come back to finish my track, there's only a few minor edits to make.
