Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
I am a Hip hop and EDM Artist from Toronto, Canada. I’ve been making music since I was a kid and always had a passion for creating. Plato is one of the greatest philosophers of his time and the reason i’ve chosen this name is because his theories really stood out to me while learning about him, i gravitated towards this name since it also reminded me of the planet pluto. For those of you who don’t know me personally I love space, and planets, hence why my sound is really spacey.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
When I first started making music the main type of music I would listen to was Edm, Progressive house, dubstep, etc. As I grew older I gravitated more towards hip hop and trap. I try to blend a mix of edm and hip hop in my music because that is what i love to make best. Some of my biggest influences throughout my life would be Porter Robinson, Logic, Travis Scott, Adventure club. These artists shaped the type of music I listen to even right now.
What´s new right now?
I do have an upcoming album coming out called Orbit 1: Planet Plato. This is going to be my debut mixtape/album and some of the first creations i’ve put out. The album will be on Apple Music, Spotify, and Soundcloud. You can follow my Soundcloud page here: https://m.soundcloud.com/platospace

What has been your biggest challenge right now? Have you been able to overcome that challenge? If so, how?
The biggest challenge so far for me has been financially. Working on a tight budget is hard especially when all your money goes towards your music. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices in order to get to where you want.
