Please introduce yourself real quick. Tell our audience about your background and how you go into doing what you´re doing right now.
Rage Freaks started back in 2009 – 2010 over the internet. To be exact, LML and I(Ayden) met on DJBL3ND's forum, back when he had one. We mainly shared our music and interests on there but, we soon got to know and work with each other. After so many collaborations in the works, we decided it would be best if we just partnered up. It has been so cool working with LML. If I was missing something, LML was there to bridge the gap, and vice versa. We did however, run into an issue. At the time we didn't have a name and didn't know what to name ourselves. So, we turned to the DJ we looked up to the most, at the time, and asked him. DJBL3ND, at the time was an idol of ours, so you can only imagine how excited we were when he replied. After a week went by, we got a reply on our email that read "RAGE FREAKS x_O" . And so, from that point on, we started our campaign as Rage Freaks.
Rage Freaks is all about having fun and "Raging" all night. We don't expect anything to come out of this but fun and happiness.
We still have a lot to accomplish but, the fact that we are this far, this early, tells us we can still keep going and surprise the hell out of everyone!
Please tell our audience what projects have you been working on in the last years?
We have been making tons of new stuff! We make anything from Bounce to Dubstep to Trap to whatever. As long as we can Rage to it, we will make it! As of now, we recently released a new track on LOKOSOUND Rec. called "2FREAKS" with our homies 2BROKE. Those guys are pretty awesome to work with and have some amazing music! Prior to that, we had a remix released under HOTSLICE Rec. for, our good friend, SUPERFRESH. I must admit, we are pretty proud of that remix, but nothing beats the VIP Mix by SUPERFRESH! I gotta say tho, the past few years of making music have been amazing to us, and we can't thank our friends, family, and supporters enough. LML and I(Ayden) got to meet each other twice IRL because of our music. And, in case you guys didn't know, Ayden lives in Texas and LML lives in L.A. Yet, we still find a way to make music together. I don't think we have been more excited about our projects than this year. We have tons of new projects in the works and are very excited for 2018!
What are you currently working on? Do you accept clients and and what kind of projects/work fits your profile?
We always work on our music. We constantly have ideas that we exchange and constantly send each other work for us to do. Right now, we are just wrapping up projects that have been long forgotten. So, labels keep an eye out for Rage Freaks! We also, have new music on our Spotify if anyone is interested. We aren't playing any future shows at the moment but, if you'd like to book us, our contact email is posted on all our social media. As of now, we are currently working on endless music and looking for new people to work with. Huge fan of Deorro and Rickyxsan. Those guys are amazing at sound design and honestly they are my role models.
