Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?

Hello everyone. My name is Vytautas but most of you in not so far future will know me as Vyt4s (it's my artist name). I am 24 years old producer from Europe/Lithuania, 6 years already i've making various genres uplifting/inspiring EDM music, currently working with hardcore + groove/trance genres music. Also more important that 3 years already i everymonth making best EDM music mixes called Rising Power 2K to promote other rising artists & build momentum for 2000 years. All this inspirational work will be inspiration and legacy for future generations and will embrace all creative people around the globe to keep creating wonderfull music, art, graphics, videos and so on..

You can find all my social networks & my own releases/Rising Power 2K mixes at

How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?

Well, mainly i got inspired from Tiesto in 2001 when i saw adagio for strings, then i got it "i want to be like that and inspire other people" ofcourse then came in Hardwell, and his music was truly unic, alongside with Martin Garrix, time went by & i just learned that anything that is created is inspiration & influence all artists that you gonna find in my Rising Power 2K mixes in my opinion are equal to those who i mentioned above in this answer. My genres shifted truly big time first i started my own sound with trance, then moved into electro house, suddenly i had some hard time in my life and electro house collided with hardstyle, then i felt in love with hardcore, so it became hardstyle/hardcore into electro/hardcore but very recently i felt in love with melodic music & fast 150 bpm tempo so it is hard to name it because now my upcomming 39th release that possibly comes in 2018 february end and 2 before it is fast as trance, catchy as groove and energetic as hardcore but also has melodic uplifting/inspiring influence. It took to me 6 years to finaly found my own music taste.

What´s new right now?

As i mentioned in answer above I do have upcomming 39th uplifting/inspiring release in 2018 february end + also in 2018 february 2nd comes Rising Power 2K18 Vol. 44 mix with new other artists EDM releases that i think worth of more publishing and audience, already working on one surprise to end of 2018, another surprise also prepared for 2018 february.

I was and i thin still am superfan of Tiesto, Hardwell and Martin Garrix, because this trio inspired me from early 2001 till now and even futher, become who i am and who i will be in not so distant future. I love them genre and interaction with people as community around the globe not even fans but also creators artists, would be one as concousness.

What was the biggest mistake you made when you started making music and what would be the number one tip you could give to a newcomer musician?

Biggest mistake i made, i think was like i heard in Garry Vaynerchuck low patience. He is truly biggest inspirational person in business field i ever seen. I would give for new upcomming musician advice that you need be youself, do not try to catch fame, more realistic is momentum, hard work, don't pay attention into haters or critics (only if critisizm is constructive and well serve you in future), especialy i had experienced many times how my parents don't see future in music. Well as i see the world when now days well known dj's pass away (we all will some day) then we will be those who inspire future generations. My advice is also patience, and believing in youself, if you don't believe in youself no one will. And also i want add that somewhere i read that if you dont moving, learning new skills in 7 years then your brain starts get weaken, well recent scientific data shows that it is NECESSARY learn new skills each 2 years. In future i will share more of tips for upcomming producers indeed, i sure i will make documentary. Even may press conference.

Also you need ALWAYS give something back not only take.. best aproach i heard from Garry Vaynerchuck is to give give give, ask ?

What has been your biggest challenge right now? Have you been able to overcome that challenge? If so, how?

Biggest challenge wast just before 2017 christmas. Overall december 2017 was hardest month i ever had, because i had to finish 100 pages on III studies course of project management lecture + had to collect best EDM Releases for my Rising Power Best EDM 2K17 Vol. 42 Yearmix ( you can listen it here: ) + i had finish my lastest release with Jim Carrey Vocals (he is most inspiring, creative person i ever known in my life) + make video for it with new style and new adobe after effects program, it took over 6 days (3 tryings), because 3x times i forgot to add few effects that it truly would be different shape and style (You can see/ hear it here: ). + i had to combine 60 best Dubstep/Trap/Hardstyle Tracks in one special Rising Power 2K Mix (you can hear it here: ). Also i had to create 3 more Rising Power mixes for 2018 january & february, because on january (now) i have exams session, and february is massive college last paperwork finshing. Well how i overcame it simply i dedicaded myself to not party, not be lazy and WORK <3 I love work, because work shows person true self. How discipline and organized he is.

How do you personally discover new music?

I going through 6 years of subsciber channels on youtube, or on soundcloud. Sometimes along this time made musicians sends me their tunes through facebook/messenger or pm's me through soundcloud message. + For about half year i am part of amazing community drooble, where musicians also share their music, also music there is played on local radio so its quite a lot of choice to me. + Sometimes if i feel great i tune into lastest festivals full sets video and check what's not gone but what is current moment going on ? Just always want put quality fresh music to Rising Power 2K Mixes.

Once you discovered new music, do you tell others about the new music/artist you discovered? If yes, how exactly?

“I give them massive credit in Rising Power 2K Mix description, because i am still current time (2018.01.12) III course culture manager student, it is last year and it takes enormous time to make all activities finished and music projects released on time. When i will settle in temporary job and manage my time i will give them credit on one or hopefully few of my socials, of course if they are more than beginner (ussualy 4 or more years of experience shows true color of artist).

What is your number one tip to improve your music production or songwriting skills?

Practice on simple music DAW when you feel when it's time to move on find other plugins, or more complex software (it took to me 3 first years of 6), definetly take breaks you're not machine from terminator movies… ? + Always have time away from producing because best ideas came to me while i was going out with friends or well obviously playing pc games just chilling. + Sleep well and if you feel that all sounds while producing starts sound same level, it is not your soft, but definetly your ears. End production in that time and come back next day when your ears functions resets (sleep resets all body functions). Also most important thing is dont add too much on your track, i had 5 this kind experience when i destroyed well made releases by adding too much into it. Always know your boundries. If i forgot something to add into this tip set, i will definetly add it on other interview. ?

[gravityforms action=”conditional” merge_tag=”Yes” condition=”is” value=”Yes”]
What is your best tip for those who struggle with finishing their tracks?

Put discipline, order and organize your time, put aside distractions, turn off phone and put in the work. If it would be easy way don't you think that we all would choose it (it was Garry Vaynerchuck phraze, but it fits perfectly, Garry Cheers you buddy hope to see you and have propper 1 hour talk somewhere in cafe or restaurant).
