Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
The name is Ty Yeager (Yeager Company) and I am currently 22 years old. I am originally from Columbus, OH but moved to West Virginia where I became a Hip Hop artist and the Label co-founder of "304 Entertainment". I've been creating hip hop music for 6 years and have released mix-tapes, albums, and countless singles throughout my career. I confidently say I am unlike any artist and have a uniqueness within my music. You can find my music on 40 plus online stores including: iTunes, Spotify, Pandora, SoundCloud, etc. Throughout the years, I learned to do more than just record on a microphone. I educated myself to Mix and Master, Graphic Design, Market myself and how to make a living without getting signed to a Record Label.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
Music has been in my family for decades, so it kinda surrounded me. I listen to and respect all types of music but my taste never changed. I have always been a fan of Hip Hop because it has a unique way of speaking to the audience. I guess I've never had any Idols or looked up to any big name artist in the industry, but I had many that influenced my music. Dizzy Wright, The Beatles, Mac Miller, Johnny Cash, Wiz, Funk Volume and many more artist influenced different sounds and styles within my music.
What´s new right now?
My new EP "Son of Apollo" will be releasing soon with a new YouTube Channel. We will also be creating new Yeager Company merch and cross tying new sponsorships to the company, but In all honesty… I am still an upcoming artist trying to build off of small wins. I make music for others in the hopes that it gets them through a time period in their life, as it does for me. I love my fans and the people who support my music because it gives me a reason to do it and I wouldn't be the artist/person I am without them. Nevertheless, Yeager Company as a whole plans to keep growing and making the correct moves to becoming more successful in the music industry.
