Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
I go by the name of Dj Lane or people may call me Lane on the track. Either name will grab my attention if you say it out loud lol. I am a Jersey club producer and also a regular beat maker.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
I can say my influence come from old school hip-hop, and soul train. i was actually born in 2000, but the vibe from watching clips of the show and documentaries on old school hip-hop made that time seem so alive and different. And i feel like that is why we have the music we have today. Music styles have been passed down form hit makers such as RUN DMC which lead on an influence to create more and up graded music. I feel like the same thing happened in Jersey club music, older producers and Dj's left an influence. My taste did change a little bit over the time from when i first started, but i dont want to change it to much because I feel like my fans love where its at right now.
What´s new right now?
I have a lot of unreleased tracks and featured song with other producers coming out this summer of 2018, so ya'll be on the look out for that. I will have a Jersey club mixtape coming out soon maybe this up coming winter, so be on the look out for that too.
