Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
Flvws is made up of two producers/Djs, Paul Hicks and Jesse Chrismon. The two have worked on separate projects over the past few years, Paul aka HYD produces House, Jesse formerly of Dirty Flaws produced Trap/Dub. Both found success in there own right opening for major artist and playing around the US. They recently have decided to work together as Flvws.
"We share a teacher student role" said Jesse "He taught me pretty much everything I know, so when I told him I was rebranding and he wanted to be a part of it, I didn't hesitate to take him up on his offer." Flvws will be a combination of the twos different production style, "We wanted to merge Hip Hop with Riddim, with heavy trap style drums" said Paul, "The two genres sound pretty amazing together if done right".
The two went on to discuss their new project "The Riddim Chronicles" witch will be featuring Hip Hop artist Mars Deli & Loonar. "These guys really lay down some heat, and really caught the vibe of what we are trying to do" said Jesse. "The Riddim Chronicles" should be finished late April early June.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
"We really draw a lot of inspiration from guys like Stooki Sound, Troy Boi. Their style is very unique when you hear a Troy Boi track you know its his" said Jesse. "Travis Scott & Gucci Mane are huge inspirations of mine, their delivery style and track concepts are also super unique, and we try and draw from that when trying to merge the two genres" said Paul. The two also went on to talked about other producers in their area that are big influences to them, such as JunkFood & Swan."JunkFood is probably my favorite producer in the Dallas area right now, the guy just makes dope music" said Jesse. " Swan is a good friend of ours, and he and his duo partner make some pretty fun music" said Paul.
What´s new right now?
'We have a bunch of music that is being finished right now, don't want to set any exact dates, but be on the look out for some new music coming late March early April' said Jesse. The Riddim Chronicles the hip hop influenced LP is going to be finished late April early May and will really set the tone for what these two have in store for us. These two guys are some of the most well spoken and humble people you will ever get the chance to sit down and have a conversation with. Be on the lookout for these two in 2018.

What is your best tip for those who struggle with finishing their tracks?
Listen to a completely different genre of music then what you are creating. Clear those ears out, because in long studio sessions things start to all blend together and sound the same.
