Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
Hey, this is Anmol Singh and people call me "help". I'm a 17 years old bass & trap music artist from India. I've been in the Electronic music scene for a while now. I was previously known as "Leapstep" & "Aeey Kay".
Basically Leapstep was my duo project with my best friend Hritik Rock & Aeey Kay was my solo project.
Ever since the "help" project came, it became something more than just synth & bass on drums. My music no longer sounded the same. It became more deep, sad or I'd say weird.
"help" is all about making music for the people who feel like they're the only one feeling sad. I mean, we
all feel sad but we're just too afraid to show it.
It's not about just heartbreaks, it's about all the difficult situations in life which can make any individual sad.
Sadness is a disease and I feel like music is the best cure for it.
Ever since I was young, I've had problems dealing with my feelings or making friends so my music is a good way for me to connect to other people like me.
I started making music in 2013 as a 12 years old kid messing around with FL Studio for fun, but, as of now, I'm a pretty serious 17 years old guy who is passionate about his art.
How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
My influences, just like any other bass music producer are Skrillex, Diplo, NGHTMRE, Snavs and DJ Snake.
But because of my music being sensitive and about feelings and emotions I'm also inspired by Blackbear, Gnash, Mike Posner, Goody Grace, Call Me Karizma and Phora.
Initially I wanted to work as a rapper, so I'm also inspired by Eminem, Drake and Lil Wayne but you can't really find it in my music anymore.
Despite the big artists, I'm also influenced by some of my friends, Sikstep & Zvck are my biggest underground inspirations, both as an artist and as a person.
Just like everyone, most of my influences changed and did whatever they felt like they must and that's also inspiring because releasing something without thinking about the critics is pretty challenging as an artist.
My music taste has changed a lot from Hip-Hop to RnB, Bass, Trap and Pop-EDM, I love the genres, the feels, the music.

My recent track, "IDK" also got some attention and was my first vocal track as "help".
My upcoming music is possibly a collaboration with Sikstep and another collaboration with a vocalist named Matthew James Hemmer which is pretty much the most exciting track I've ever worked on.
For now, I can't reveal anything else.
