Please tell our readers who you are and what you do?
Whats good, I'm Sly MB of the Odd Souls. I'm 1/2 of the 2 man duo coming straight from Queens and Roosevelt Long Island. I met my partner (Dre Benjie) while working under another group called Prezidential Gang in Albany Ga. The sum of things is we clicked when we recorded and things just went up from there. We're just two indie artist just doing what we love to do, one day at a time. Dre Benjie actually resides from Albany Ga, and a lot of folks don't know that me and him used to actually play soccer together, and we played the same side of the field on defense and we always had some sorta chemistry, and music just made it sorta Ying and Yang. But for the year of 2018 we have about two mixtapes and one L.P that's going to come out by the end of the year. So we want people to defiantly look forward to the "2Face Mixtape" coming in the later months and The "Young Blvck & Reckless Mixtape" its gonna be crazy cause me and Benjie's style fit but at the same time its sorta unorthodox so its odd, see my play on words there?

How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
Honestly our influences have changed a lot over time. I mean in a sense as when we first started doing music, we both had a idea of doing it with a large group of people and having or thinking things would run smooth and that was never the case. And now its several years later and I can't tell you how many people who aren't around or gave up. I mean personally Dre is sorta my influence even though he may not know it, we done did a lot of music together and we always seem to link perfectly. Regarding taste Benjie and I always like to challenge the water by trying something new, it could be a pop hip-hop or just some grudge hardcore hip hop, we do whatever we like when evolving music.
What´s new right now?
Currently this is that work your ass off year, right now we're just trying to get things in motion again, ever since the lost of Ajayy Senseii things slowed up and we lost a lot a motivation. But if he was here he would of defiantly tried to get the ball rolling like always, we called him "Mr. HangWithTheGang" cause he always tried to get us all together to work on music even on the bad days. But defiantly look forward to the "2Face Mixtape" coming in the later months and The "Young Blvck & Reckless Mixtape" their gonna be litt.
