I am an Artist from Austria (M)(23)
I always had a BIG passion for Music in general, especially, when it has a nice Rythm to it or some insane harmonic melodies!
But I must say I was a fan of all types of music is it, I have listened to Bands such as Sum 41 or Bring me the Horizon, but also was I listening to Heavy Dubstep.
The best thing for me started after I made Dubstep (under the name Mockstep) I think it was 2011 or 2012, around this Time for the first Time I heard Trap-music, and I was so thrilled about it, I couldn´t help myself!
I had a Band also before that, but the Band only collapsed because the People had a Problem with me smoking weed on the weekends, but like only 1-2 Joints, and still I worked the most for the Band for Sure!
I even had to write the texts for the Singer, even tho I was on the Guitar, but all this aside.
After this, I wanted to make my own thing, something that only belongs to me, and it definitely is hard to establish yourself, when your completely on your own!
I have lost all my hope at some Point in my Life, but then I decided to think to myself,
No! I need too & I want too.
So now I have started a challenge where I Upload every Friday! (on start at Tuesday, changed to Friday on 30.1.2018.
Every upload is original, and my work.

How would you describe your influences and how have they changed over the years?
I was on the Dubstep Trail at the beginning, and I loved Artists like Datsik or Funtcase, this heavy type a Dubstep!
don´t get me wrong chill Dubstep is as good sometimes!
But after I heard Trap for the First Time, I slowly began to notice, that it really gets more to me than Dubstep, altho i have to say The best is always a combination of those 2 Genres!
I started listening to Hucci, Stookie Sound, Gladiator, UZ, Jiclo.
All good Artists from 2011 I´d like to refer them
and there are many more of course!
What´s new right now?
I started my Weekly Upload challenge (Friday)
And I upload every Week for sure!
end 2018-2019 I Upload an Album where more work will go in!
I want to evolve as a musician & Producer and want to get known for my work!

What was the biggest mistake you made when you started making music and what would be the number one tip you could give to a newcomer musician?
Make sure you don´t lose focus on your work.
Set yourself small goals for a specific time, and you will reach them, for sure!
and the motivation will rise with each accomplishment!
and don´t let numbers get to you! eventually, someone will take notice of your work!

How do you get gigs? Can you share any tips?

you need to get in Contact with People or join a Group of Artists where they promote them selfs and get on Stage together

Do you have good promotion tips for other musicians?
Well, I have to say Facebook ads are really Cheap and you can pin it down to specific locations and Target specific Groups of People.
Be on every Social Media and Hashtag (not too much) on every post you make and has quality!

Do you have insights on how to grow your audience on soundcloud that you want to share with our audience?
Well there was a feature called Groups,..
since that died out,
there are only these repost Sites, and I don´t know, I think they are not fair and really not the way to go!

What has been your biggest challenge right now? Have you been able to overcome that challenge? If so, how?
I started a weekly Upload Challenge, on Soundcloud, and Upload the Tracks as Video with animation on YouTube!
and I want to do this for quite a while, I try a year and after that, I look how it went.
Well I want to be one of the big names in the Trap Community, and before I haven´t managed to this I will continue 300%

“Well I show them or I send them the Soundcloud or YT link!

What is your number one tip to improve your music production or songwriting skills?
Well, there are a ton of Videos of People making music on different Daws, and you just have to compare the like/dislike ratio on each Video, higher like and lower dislikes probably means that they don´t want to scam you with false information.
(Important Note)
You have to make yourself a picture of everything, so I recommend watching a lot of DIFFERENT People and of course specified on your genre!

What is your best tip for those who struggle with finishing their tracks?
It has NOT to be Perfect! Just Upload your Tracks and get them out there.
Of course, it has to be a good Track, but NOT Perfect!
But if you wait 2 Years to get out one Track then when will the next one hit 2 years again?
Nowadays People seem to have no time for Artists, they only notice you if you're all-time in their face!

We meet again in one year. What has changed?
Well at this Point I should have Uploaded 53 Songs (1 per Week)
and eventually grew my exposure to the Trap Community!
Made a big Party, or at least got featured on some Partys or even a festival!
and my Album 2019. should be out by then
